As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Training Specialist, my focus is helping individuals build confidence, improve their health, and create lasting habits through personalized coaching and guidance.

Why I’m Building This
My name is William Mason, and Second Wind Fitness is personal.
Before pursuing fitness professionally, I worked as an IT Systems Administrator. While I found success in that field, I realized the work that truly fulfilled me was helping people improve themselves, build confidence, and stay committed to their goals.
Fitness became more than training to me. It became a way to encourage people, support them through difficult moments, and help them see progress they can actually feel in their daily lives.
Second Wind Fitness was created to build an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to keep showing up — because taking that first step is already half the battle.
